In order to apply, a UTEID is required. Please click the UT EID link to create a new one or to look yours up if you previously had one. If you think you created one previously, do not create a new one.
Each employee must go through a background check performed by our HR Department, prove employment eligibility (I-9), complete YPP requirements, and fill out other required paperwork. You will receive emails from us and our HR office once the initial paperwork is submitted to our HR Department.
In addition to the background check and required forms, each employee must take youth protection training. Quick background: due to the Texas law known as SB1414, you must also take and complete an
online course dealing with recognizing the signs of child abuse / molestation. The course is good for two years. This course must be completed before you can work camp. More information will be sent during the hiring process. There is no leniency on this as the University is very strict on being compliant with this law.
