Each employee must go through a background check performed by our HR Department, prove employment eligibility (I-9), and fill out other required paperwork. Some of these are online processes and you will receive emails from us and our HR office once the initial paperwork is submitted to our HR Department. The other remaining forms are required by the University of Texas HR Department and must be received prior to employment. Each form available for download here is an interactive PDF. Please type all pertinent information into each form, print, sign and return to Texas Volleyball Camp. Adobe Reader is required to open and print forms.
In addition to the required forms and background check, each employee must take an online child safety
course. Quick background: due to the Texas law known as SB1414, you must also take and complete an
online course dealing with recognizing the signs of child abuse / molestation. The course is good for two
years. This course must be completed before you can work camp. More information will be sent during the hiring process. There is no leniency on this as the University is very strict on being compliant with this law.
