COVID – 19 Update
We remained hopeful that Texas Athletics camps would not be impacted by the COVID-19 (coronavirus) crisis, but with cancellations across our campus now extending into the summer months, we will no longer be able to hold our summer camps this year. We appreciate your patience and sincerely apologize for the unforeseen circumstances that have forced us to cancel all of our camps. With that said, we wanted to let you know that you have two options for any registration fees you have already paid – you can either request a full refund or choose to defer your current registration for a future camp date. We’re extremely disappointed we will not be seeing you this summer and look forward to hosting you at our camps in the future. Below are instructions on how to select your preferred option for your camp registration.
To defer your registration to a future camp date:
If you would like to defer your registration to a future camp date, no action is needed. We will automatically credit your account beginning on May 16, 2020, and you can use that credit toward a future camp date.
To request a refund:
If you would like to request a refund for camps you are registered for between now and July 31st, please email email@example.com or call 512.801.0753 by not later than May 15, 2020. After this date, your registration will default to a future camp date and a refund can no longer be requested.

Online registration is the quickest and most convenient way to register. The Texas Volleyball Camp uses ACTIVE to process all online registrations. If you have registered with the Texas Volleyball Camp in 2015 or 2016, or, have registered with another camp that uses ACTIVE for their online registration, you should be able to use your same online account. If you are new to camps that use ACTIVE you will need to create a new account. Click the online registration link to the right to get started. Follow all prompts to complete your registration.
Please register yourself and create your team. After this process is complete, you will receive a confirmation email that contains a link your team members will use to register. You will send this link to them.
Please do not register until your team representative tells you he/she has created your team and has sent you the link to use to register. DO NOT CLICK THE REGISTRATION LINK TO THE RIGHT. YOUR REGISTRATION LINK WILL COME FROM YOUR TEAM REPRESENTATIVE.
Registration by Mail
To register by mail just download the registration form, complete all sections, and send it back to us along with your check, money order, or credit card information. Team Representatives will fill out and submit the Team Representative page and Team Members will fill out and submit the Team Member page. Please be sure to include an active email address on your registration form. Once a camper’s registration form has been received, an online account will be created for them and you will be notified of your username and password.
Please be sure your e-mail address is correct. Also, please be sure that you have enabled any spam/junk e-mail blockers to accept e-mails from firstname.lastname@example.org. You will receive confirmation e-mails from the camp that will be beneficial to you. Please keep these emails for your records.
